New look for Semper Fi! I got bored of the
previous design and wanted something that is a bit more
compact. All the content is still available on the site,
nothing has been cut out even though the site looks
smaller now than it was before. I have added a page
where you can find information on donating
to Semper Fi so that the site can stay
online. All donations will go to renewing my domain
and renewing my account with my web server. Any donation
you can give will help greatly. Thank you!
POLL RESULTS
I am discontinuing polls on the site. I just don't have
the time to come up with new polls every couple of months.
I may or may not update this version of the site later
to include all the results of polls. Here are the results
from the last Semper Fi poll...
If Mulder hadn't returned from the dead, who
do you think would have made the first move to get the

01) Dana Scully - after healing from her loss she
would have been the one to reach out and grab onto
life again, and in realizing John's feelings for her,
she'd discover her's for him and ask him out. (57%

02) John Doggett - but it would have taken him awhile
since he would want Dana to grieve and heal from her

03) Monica Reyes - after a failed attempt to ask
Dana out on a date herself, she would have come to
realize just how much John and Dana mean to each other
and she would have talked to the both of them and

DOGGETT/SCULLY (DSR) SECTION
I added another quote from TPTB about the relationship
between Doggett and Scully, you can view it all here.

I haven't yet gone into depth of the DSR moments in
all of the episodes of season eight and nine, but I
sat down with a list of the episodes and quickly wrote
up DSR moments that I could remember. Not all episodes
are covered, but when I get to rewatching the seasons
more will be added. You can read what I've got here.
I have added some of my favorite DSR fan music videos
to the DSR page. I have three videos by Claudine Harper
("After Tonight", "Hero", and "If
There's Any Justice") and Linzee ("Strong
Enough"). Enjoy! If any other DSR music videos
catch my eye and are - in my eyes - totally brilliant
I will add them here too.
I have included more songs to the tracklist for the
Doggett/Scully Soundtrack,
if you have any songs to suggest for the tracklist,
make sure to post the song title, artist's name, and
song lyrics to this thread on the SoX Forum. If you
are not a member of the forum you can always send me
an email with that information too. I also have the
files available for you to download via RapidShare,
for those of you who don't like or want to go looking

Even though you can download screen captures of entire
episodes from seasons eight and nine, I was really missing
the Doggett/Scully only captures that Semper Fi had
when it was strictly just a DSR fansite, so I started
to go through both seasons and have picked out some
fan favorite screen captures of our favorite pairing.
I only have "Within", "Without",
"Nothing Important Happened Today 1" and "Nothing
Important Happened Today 2" captures up, but rest
assured that I will get to completing this as soon as
I possibly can. You can view the captures I chose here.

DANA SCULLY
I admit to not being a Dana Scully expert so the Scully
page is nowhere near finished. If anyone out there is
kind enough to help me compile the missing information
about Scully, I will really, really appreciate it. I'm
looking for information about her education, work history,
family members, personality traits, and her home residences
(apartment from the series, and her home in "I
Want To Believe"). For an idea of what I'm looking
for you can check out the information that I have for

CREATIVE CHALLENGE: MANIPULATION CREATION!
Don't forget to get your responses in for the current
Creative Challenge, Manipulation Creation! You have
just under a month to get them in! Here are the manipulation
challenge requirements:
Choose one or two of these five original images and
create a Doggett/Scully manipulation. You may use any
pictures of Doggett, Scully, Robert, and Gillian that
you'd like in order to create your manipulation. After
you have your manipulation add some artistic flourish
to your composition (coloring, textures, collaging,
text, put them in a lightbulb, etc.) to give the manipulation
personality. Make your final image as creative as you'd
like. Use stock photography, make a poster, make a book
cover, an advertisement, put them in space, underwater,
the sky is the limit.
You are allowed two (2) entries to this challenge.
Your final composition can be any size you want.
